Asbestos Tile Roof Replacement.

Swift Roofing removed the old asbestos decramastic tile roof and relaid it new Corrugate and Multidek profile roofing and new 1/4 Round Spouting & Downipes.

The old roof was clad in aging decramastic tile which tested positive for Asbestos. The Asbestos was safely removed and the site signed off as clean. Then the team installed the new long run metal roof and replaced old spouting with new quarter round gutters and downpipes.

New roofing comprised of .55 colour steel Corrugate and Multidek profile sheets in ColorCote’s ZinaCore coating in Slate.

The metal gutter and downpipes were in ColorCote’s MagnaFlow coating, also in the colour Slate.

Roofing and spouting supplied by Roofing Industries with all flashing related by Roofing Accessories.
