This impressive Epsom Villa renovation by Ninety45 won a Silver Award (Auckland / Northland / Coromandel Region) in the Bunnings Renovation Over $1 Million category at the Master Builders House of the Year Awards.

Quote: This project included a full demolition, reconfiguration of the existing house layout and a large extension at the rear of the site, new landscaping, deck and a fantastic fireplace looking out to the pool making it a fabulous family home.
