Swift Roofing installed the 0.55 gauge Eurostyle Spanlok 450mm profile roof. Spanlok provides stunning shadow lines, plus additional spanning capability and has an added major advantage in that the product is installed directly onto purlins and girts without the use of a solid substrate.

All long run metal and required accessories supplied by Roofing Industries, with all flashing related coming from Roofing Accessories.

ColorCote's Magnaflow coating was chosen, in the colour Grey Friars. The superior corrosion resistance of MagnaFlow means it is an ideal choice for more demanding environments, such as roofs 100m from the coastline. The magnesium in the aluminium/zinc/magnesium alloy coating ‘magically’ helps zinc flow over cut edges, sealing them and providing long term protection against corrosion.
