Another very impressive new build by Iconic Homes, this one in Manly out on the Whangaparāoa Peninsula north of Auckland.

Swift Roofing installed the standing seam profile Eurostyle Spanlok 450 for both the roof and wall cladding. Completed in ColorCote's Magnaflow coating in Black.

Due to the extended 45mm rib height this profile creates stunning shadow lines plus additional spanning capability and has an added major advantage in that the product is installed directly onto purlins and girts without the use of a solid substrate.
