Quick flyby of a cool little residential roof laid a year plus back for a Licensed Reclads project in Ponsonby.

Swift Roofing installed the 0.55 gauge Corrugate profile roof. All long run metal and required accessories supplied by Roofing Industries, with all flashing related coming from Roofing Accessories.

This one was done in ColorCote’s MagnaFlow coating, in the colour Grey Flannel. Magnaflow’s unique alloy technology combines zinc, aluminium with magnesium. The magnesium allows the zinc to literally flow and self heal the cut edges that would otherwise expose the steel substrate to atmospheric conditions, ensuring a much longer life for your roof.
