Broswick Builders won a National Top 100 Award, was the Regional Category Winner Auckland / Northland / Coromandel, receiving a Regional Gold (in the Bunnings Renovation $750,000 - $1.5 million).

Swift Roofing installed roofs to the existing house, the new addition and the minor dwelling.
