Broswick Builders won a Regional Gold Award (Auckland / Northland / Coromandel) in the Renovation over $1.5 million category. This superbly renovated four-bedroom family home delivers a masterful fusion of contemporary living and classic character. With the help of Spooner Architectural Solutions, it successfully makes the transition into the 21st century. Swift Roofing installed the Slate coloured Corrugate profile roof to the house.

This corrugate roof profile was coated in COLORSTEEL Maxx®. Every aspect of COLORSTEEL Maxx® is made with corrosion resistance and longevity in mind. Specifically developed to withstand higher atmospheric salt concentrations.

These NZ made colour steel long run sheets and were supplied by Roofing Industries with all flashings from Roofing Accessories.
